Founded in 2017, Lotus House was inspired by the philosophy of flowers and homes, creating a beautiful and safe space where a clean, calm, and friendly atmosphere is at the heart of everything we do. For the past eight years, this vision has remained the foundation of our services.
The founder, Trang Bui (nicknamed Tracy), is a highly skilled nail technician with many years of professional experience. She graduated from Totally Indigo Hair & Beauty College in Australia in 2007 and has worked as a nail technician in Australia, Dubai, and Denmark. After spending two years working in Denmark, Tracy recognized the importance of offering personalized nail care within a healthy, relaxing environment, which led to the creation of Lotus House.
At Lotus House, our focus is on caring for and nourishing our clients’ natural nails, supporting both comfort and overall well-being. Safety and hygiene are our highest priorities, and all services are performed following strict professional procedures.
As a Vietnamese-owned business, we take pride in our heritage. You may hear Vietnamese spoken among our team in the salon from time to time. While English is our second language, our technicians communicate fluently, and we are currently learning Danish as part of embracing our new home.
