- Do you accept walk-ins? Lotus House primarily operates by appointment only to ensure quality and proper time for each service. Walk-ins may be accommodated subject to availability, but we strongly recommend booking in advance. If online slots are full, you may contact us to check availability.

- Do you offer nail art? Yes, we have talented nail artists who can create a variety of designs, from simple accents to intricate artwork. Please discuss your desired nail art with your technician during your appointment or inquire about options when booking. Additional charges may apply depending on the complexity of the design.
- Do you offer nail extensions or artificial nails? No. Lotus House focuses exclusively on the care and strengthening of natural nails. We do not offer acrylic, gel extensions, or artificial nail services. Our services are designed for clients who value healthy, natural nails with a clean and elegant finish.
- What types of nail products do you use? We use high-quality nail products from reputable brands, including CND, OPI, Essie, and Kiara Sky. We offer a wide selection of colors and finishes.
- What types of retail products do you sell? We offer a selection of high-quality nail care products to help you maintain your beautiful nails at home, including nail oil, lotion. Ask your technician for recommendations.
Hygiene & Safety
What are your hygiene practices? The health and safety of our clients are our top priorities. We adhere to strict hygiene protocols, including:
- Soaking all reusable tools in alcohol 90% for 15 minutes.
- Thoroughly cleaning all tools with a brush.
- Placing cleaned tools in a UV steam sterilizer for 30 minutes.
- Ensuring our workstations are cleaned and disinfected regularly.
- Our technicians follow proper handwashing procedures.
Are your technicians licensed and trained? Yes, all of our nail technicians are professionally trained to provide safe and high-quality services. They stay updated on the latest techniques and industry best practices.
Payments & Gift Certificates
- What forms of payment do you accept? We accept Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, and Cash.
- Do you offer gift certificates? Yes, gift certificates are available for purchase and make a wonderful gift for any occasion. You can purchase them by visiting our salon in person or by emailing us at lotusnailsdenmark@gmail.com.
Other Questions
- Can I bring my own nail polish? Regular nail polish is no longer offered as part of our standard services. For long-lasting results, we provide Shellac services only. For long-term clients, bringing your own polish may be accepted upon consultation. In such cases, an additional application fee applies, and we cannot guarantee drying time or durability of personal polishes. Please feel free to contact us in advance if you have any questions.
- What should I do if I have a concern about my service? Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have any concerns about your service, please bring it to the attention of your technician or our salon manager immediately so we can address it promptly and ensure you leave feeling happy.
- Do you accommodate group bookings or special events? Yes, we can accommodate group bookings and special events such as bridal parties or birthdays. Please contact us in advance by phone or email to discuss your needs and make arrangements.
- Do you offer services for children? No, we do not.
